Annual Fort Griffin Fandangle: Theatrical history, written and directed, lighted, costumed, sung and danced by the people of Albany. Staged in an acre-sized outdoor amphitheater with a cast and crew of over 400 the Fandangle Commemorates the rich history of the area. Albany, TX (40 miles from Abilene). Buffalo Gap Annual Old Settlers Reunion. Parade, live entertainment featuring Bluegrass, and old-time country music, children's activities, BBQ, and dances.
