Albuquerque Central KOAMeet Your Host![]() When Milt Dudley, manager of the Albuquerque Central KOA, wanted to do something different from his "suit and tie job", he never thought moving back and forth throughout the United States would be what he ended up doing. "If it weren't for KOA I would never have had the opportunity to move around and see so much," says Milt. Over the past 10 years Milt has helped run more than 8 KOA company owned properties. "My experience at several locations gives me the knowledge to start campgrounds off on the right foot," says Milt. "My goal is to help campgrounds reach their full potential." Included in getting the campground off on the right foot, is bringing in great customer service skills. "The leisure business demands that excellent customer service be a number one priority." Staffing is very important; along with making sure everyone has the same goal. "Managers can not run a campground alone, it takes everyone working together," says Milt. The teamwork of the staff also helps in creating the fun aspect of the campground. Making sure everyone has a good time is a goal each team member takes to heart. "Watching families unwind, relax and have fun is very rewarding," says Matt. When not making campgrounds reach the goal of "Great People, Great Camping," Milt enjoys spectator sports, hiking, cooking and of course, traveling. |
