Deer Lodge KOA

2007 President's Award Winner

Open March 15 - October 31

Free Wi-Fi at your site or Kabin! You’re just a cast away from big rainbow trout when you overnight here along the Clark Fork River. Campsites dot a meadow in a mountain valley where mountain men and Native Americans once trapped and traded. Miners and ranchers followed. You can view ruins of mining camps near Deer Lodge. Most guests tour the Grant-Kohrs Ranch, once the home of one of Montana’s wealthiest cattle barons. Learn more about the state’s vibrant heritage at the Montana Historical Society Museum in Helena, an hour’s drive east.

Our catering service is available for group functions.

There’s a playground at the KOA and plenty of places to walk your dog. Tenters can spread out in a broad, grassy area with mature shade trees.

NEW for HUNTERS!
We have extended our camping season to accommodate hunting season. Hunters, stay in our heated koa kabins, and clean up in our HOT showers, the perfect place to stay while you are hunting.
